The wooden brush was a revelation for me! It is much gentler on the hair, unravels more smoothly, without breaking the hair; she massages the scalp, and distributes well sebum hair. Best of all: it creates no static electricity. I have mine for a year, and it ages very well. None of the barbs is gone by now. I just buy another one for my sister! I would highly recommend this brush for gentle detangling!
