The B85 does the job and the board has a low power consumption (~ 20 watts with IDLE i5). Who needs more USB3 or 6 SATA 3 ports and x16 on the second PCIe slot can do without, which engages the H87 PRO4.
Decisive this Board are to buy again and again for me PCI slots (the HTPC Asus Xonar Essence ST), Intel network card, power consumption, and of course the price.
Are beautiful and the Bios settings to the SATA connectors on eSATA hot plug and switch.
The boards run stable and who does not need more connections can be accessed.
The price-performance ratio is unbeatable
