order placed in error on August 9; I asked a few minutes later cancellation. the product was sent to me on August 12 and he was answered that day, in the afternoon, at this stage of the order, it was impossible to make a cancellation !!!!
Moreover, like many client, a disproportionately large package was used (a 50X50 card for a product measuring 20X5) what a waste !!!!
