I ordered two of twelve pack cartridges on Friday at 15 hours, I've approved on Saturday at noon. Bravo for efficiency! Unfortunately the four "Black" cartridges are unusable because the clips in the printer are casssés on four copies! I will return and they will probably be traded ... But it did not happen during shipping, the empaquettage was perfect. The endomagées cassettes have been packaged and shipped as is, broken, without any departure control; this is perhaps a freak accident, but it is not very serious!
