At first glance, the BT18 does everything you could wish for: easy Intuitive operation, lightweight and water repellent. Unfortunately, it holds nothing of what it promises. At the MAC and the iPhone 4S, there are constantly crashes - totally unsuitable for telephoning. When after a few days the right channel has failed, I have sent the thing back. Very surprised I was when I got a return receipt to England for a purchased product in Germany. On top of that I should pay for the postage of 8.90 itself. On Demand has assured me the seller, transfer the postage back to me. That's already been weeks. Complaint about Amazon is still running. I can with full conviction both from the product as well as advise the seller.
