By far the best football manager

With some distance I came across the Football Manager and got it just added myself after a short search. After almost 4 seasons played, I can clearly say that the Football Manager 2015 is the best manager I've ever played and I am convinced that there is currently no rudimentary high as quality manager on the market.

Positive:
- The greatest possible realism for a Manager Game with incredible depth in almost all areas of the Manager / Coach existence.
- Not the overall strength of a player decides on the performance on the field but the individual skill attributes and personality traits related to position on the field, tasks, tactics and interaction with the other players.
- Tune the tactics on the available players material is a central element of the game. And these are not just about the issues which formation I use, I play on the ball, I press breakfast or I am deeply and I retort quickly. The tactic can be set to the smallest detail (also on player level). When you play the Football Manager for the first time, you can be sure a little overwhelmed by the variety of options, but worth it to stay tuned and its players and the team gradually ever further.

Negatives:
- Not all licenses present in the game (mainly concerns Germany), which is why in the German Bundesliga, for example, the player images are missing. But is not a big problem, because the industrious FM community always provides downloads.
- Quite a long playing time. A season can not be on the same day and play even within a week (unless you 7 days a week plays continuously 12 hours). I find personally but not overly negative, the FM is nunmal not a superficial game but brings great long-term motivation with it.
- A little daunting for some may be that the game is only available in English. Disturbs not me personally. Should not the English but be powerful or simply have more fun in German, there is also this update the FM community.

Conclusion: A manager of a lifetime, with depth and realism. Absolute buy recommendation for all who appreciate a sophisticated fantasy football. For you the Football Manager 2015 is exactly the right thing!
