The words and declarations of the author seem therefore to have stimulated a process in me that led beyond pure information recording out of the actual action.
If the like by avoiding gluten and long term serious diseases such as Alzheimer's, Multiple Sclerosis can be avoided, the better.
Conclusion: I can only put each his heart, to read the book and perhaps convert his diet. To lose one has - except the purchase price and a few hours of reading time - nothing. But, at best, much to gain!
