Just the fact that I would have a better quality expected from a cable that is regularly at a price of 13 sale. The cable just feels cheap. What jumped me out of the box as the first in the eye, is the isolation. This is very soft (of course, comes the flexibility of the cable benefits), slightly shiny and has a slightly sticky feel.
Also bend protection and the splitter (where the cable is split from one to two) make anything but a quality impression. In addition to the initial odor of rubber which was gone after 2 days, these rubber parts are rock hard and can be bent barely. This is obviously bad for the cable: The strain relief should normally avoid excessively sharp bends at the transition from male to cable. However, since this is too hard, the cable bends easily from directly behind this. Protective effect equal to zero, a cable break at precisely these critical locations inevitable. Clearly one should even with cables exercise with functioning antikink always careful handling and avoid sharp bends.
And finally the RCA plugs. These are made of thin metal (external terminals) and are of the processing as normal RCA plug of 0815 RCA cables, only these are golden coated on this cable.
Overall, I would have promised a higher quality product for the price. For about 7 you would certainly get a similar cable with a working boot. Here it seems it only pay for the brand "Cable direct".
Keep I have the cable anyway; It works, yes, and I could "try" it at the offer price. Again a cable Direct cable but I will certainly not buy at such prices.
