Cable with a need for improvement

Cable wertig at first glance, but did not .. DVI connector into the socket provided
according to research on cause I realized that plugs border on one side of whatever reason was too narrow and thereby infecting impossible
to spare me the rear ends because of the small amount but I reached the flat-nose pliers and put the plug in as far as the form that it now fits so reasonably

Addendum:
the next day I received mail by cable directly to the announcement, it is a replacement cable transmits!
because nowadays the word service is rather small written, I was of course about this courtesy very pleasantly surprised and had not expected to be so promptly responded, moreover, without an invitation on my part

the replacement cable has now been delivered (of course free of charge) and fits perfectly now !!
Will gladly buy back cable of this company
