I bought 2 of this: one for the ground floor and one for the floor.
Yet I did not need all the ports, but a price equivalent to 16 ports, I took the 24 ports.

The product arrived well one week after the order, but I do not regret the wait.
I received it with cable-ties to hold the cablesensemble or to any support and the fixing screws.

The product is very good, the cables are kept at the back of the patch panel and the connection is done easily with a punch down tool (I took the Liwago).

I do not have to take me several times except when a wire was not fully plugged into the slot (for this tester showed me at once the wire was not connected: I took Wentronic a CAT network tester for RJ11 / 12/45 White).

Aside from the wait and the cost of delivery delay: Great product!
