The package came two days after the order and on it is all there.
At first impression, the cable looks somewhat unstable from but is in good quality and also works as it should.
With the iPod Touch 2G (32GB) it works great with both adapters.
Even the USB cable can be used as a normal data cable to sync with iTunes for example.
From my side, so 5 stars.

Addendum:
Now I use the set for some time for half a year as and am still happy with it.
For the price just top!
