The zipper is in any case very smoothly and threatens not to grind when closing the notebook thanks to the inner padding. Why necessarily two zipper closure has a need to install, I do not understand in the short path, but I can expose it a little but did not.
It would be desirable perhaps a wrap-around zipper been held only on one of the shorter sides. This can be seen as well as on the product photos and since I do not rule out that the producers also offered an appropriate model, for me no reason to complain.
The upholstery is more than enough to store the notebook in a backpack. The material yields at slightly firmer touch and take a few seconds to form their way again. Who has something to complain about it, did not understand the principle of neoprene as protection.
With the bags of Cool Bananas I collected my experience a few years ago already with a Lenovo notebook and was at that time very satisfied. Before I trust blindly to another manufacturer, I would the Cool Bananas no large buy anew thinking at future devices.
