After that I had an Epson printer and two weeks a Brother printer a half years. Both have given up the ghost or not respected the advertised features.
Why am I not remained the same at Canon? Because for infrequent printer for cleaning the nozzle much ink is splashed. Here Canon is particularly generous for the tests. In my experience, but no piece was Epson here better.
As long as I hear of any other printer, which has a more fuel-efficient cleaning technology, I accept that as a technically necessary and draw no star from it.
A feature I would like to mention that the other manufacturers have never had:
If the printer is connected to a computer, so you can adjust the time after which the printer off when not in use, and it will turn on automatically when a print job from a connected computer or the home network.
The Canon printer is now with me for over a year in operation, without incident.
