The Canon SX400IS is a very small and lightweight camera with 30x Bridge zoom. The operation is very simple and is practically not require any basic knowledge of photography. Simple trigger and finish. The key layout is kept to a minimum, making it very manageable. In principle, you can only choose between full auto and program automatic. In the first mode, the camera adjusts to the zoom all yourself, in the program mode, you can z.Bsp. Affect ISO, Metering (Multi, Spot), AF point size, color, and effect filters. A time or shutter priority or even a full manual mode does not exist. Films can in HD (720p) or VGA resolution. Unfortunately, the SX400 the sound only in mono. Technically Canon has the camera very "cost-effective" equipped. Old CCD technology, a display with a meager 230,000 pixels and any lack of Wifi or NFC are no longer up to date. Nevertheless, the SX400 convinces with good image results in good light, very compact dimensions, great design and ease of use.
Update: have the camera now fitted with a Toshiba FlashAir SD card 8GB. Now it is also fully compatible WLAN. The SX400 works seamlessly with this card.
