Synthetic hair. Can be very well coiffed. Did this make recut, especially in the fringe area, which was wrong. Can be very good comb. Because it really is a carnival wig, looks natural and even discuss the hair net under it, but not too disruptive. Very nice to wear and really great for my purpose to be worn under a hat.
