I have the cartridge grade used and realized that they did not work. It is suitable for the printer and I have all the steps properly followed -it is also not the first time that I exchange the cartridge and now is displayed, it was full, but it will not print black. Meanwhile, I have a test page printed scho 5-8x, but he can not scan because the colors do not match.
I am really angry! For the price this is really unacceptable!
