Parcels received in January 2015 a few days after my order. After several used cartridges, I came across two that were empty and were fouling the heads of my client imprimante.Étant accustomed to that vendor, I contacted customer service via private messaging which, within 3 days after my message, m 'found the same number of cartridges and initially ordered any problems.
