The cartridges (at least outside the penalty) was correctly recognized by the printer. I had little hope and have just ordered times. Printer Firmware: L I assume that the other colors are also detected easily. For printer: I'm not sure whether it's enough to remove when installing the appropriate hook for automatic updates. I own the printer for over a year and have never knowingly an update. Also no other software from Brother (startup) runs on the computer. I have now made additionally to the printer, the internet rights in the router (Fritzbox) (connected via LAN). I had not thought of during installation. Whether it is because (updates), I can not say, but it will continue to monitor.
