An electric wine cooler - great idea, cheap at Amazon Advent bought spontaneously. No longer have to do away with a cozy lap run to the refrigerator, because the champagne is cold ... then the device was, quite chic, but where's the power cord? Next level packaging opened - out came a hideous black, large (ca. 160x85x41 mm ** 3) 12V power supply that is always the way to the grid, because the switch is behind the machine! Well, the real surprise came when switching: A contrast to the description "Extremely quiet operation" unexpectedly loud noisy fan noise, which was also from 10 meters to places still in quiet surroundings. Absolutely, and not for a quiet room! Cools it at least? Device shipped with champagne bottle in a smaller soundproof rooms, dropped in two hours - nasty smells after plastic / electronics had been created around the AC adapter. Once closer sniffed - a blunder which stayed about 1 hour stinging in the nose. Also I would have expected that the legible temperature display after a few seconds jumps to the real temperature after the area code - nil. At least the bottle was but cold. The spontaneous comments my wife were not necessary to return the device immediately. Therefore: Absolutely no purchase recommendation.
