I returned twice SAV Samsung and each time, they printed a dozen leaves me back and noting that everything is OK. I've had tidal cap and wanted to return to service a third time stating that they had to print thirty dde leaves to find the problem but Samsung said that the guarantee was over ... for a week.
Since she left two times a week, in the eyes of the law, the guarantee was not passed, I told them but they "lost" my passages for service !!!
Printer and therefore not recommended brand printer with their incompetent service to avoid!
