Due to ongoing mobile phone contracts, the resulting code at registration was rejected. The other agreements have since expired, that a new attempt.
Unfortunately now the code is invalid because it was "already used".
He was not, of course, so I contacted the customer.
Since then, I hang only on the phone and fight me with the support of DeutschlandSIM and Amazon. One refers to the other, no one wants to give in.
If such behavior not even expect Amazon.
Thus, from a supposedly reasonable offer much frustration and expensive Hotline fees.
Too bad.
UPDATE: DeutschlandSIM has gemeldet- on this review at least something, though sad that you have to let it go so far.
The SIM card has now been rejected without giving reasons, and a horrendous phone bill for costs hotline with DeutschlandSIM fluttered in the mailbox.
Fazit2: cost of simcard and hotline as well as lots and lots of nerve and Zeitaufwand- without result.
So I have no choice but to brand myself as an impostor DeutschlandSIM.
