Caution discharged battery

Property me 2 Duracell CR 2032 lithium battery, CR2032, 3 volts ordered for my remote control (auto)
they were also in a very short time since.
But it would have been nice if this would also fuktionieren what they do not do as they almost discharged
were delivered. Have tried the batteries in the remote control ... without success, a measurement with a battery tester then confirmed my guess.
I have it sent an e-mail to the Reklamatiosabteilung and there described the facts.
a day later I got the answer that it would probably be my Gerären, or I would have the battery inserted incorrectly, since I was the first who would complain about this product. And for operator error no liability could be accepted. Well, Servicewüste Germany!
My conclusion, I buy my batteries again from now in specialist shops because you can go out there of which once is something wrong, you will not be fobbed off with a silly standard email.
