Hab ordered these LEDs, the market surveillance authority Leipzig this will not be released on the ground: not EC compliant, CE marking is missing, the marketing in the EU will be prohibited. Art. 29 Abs.1,2 Regulation (EC) no. 765/2008

I wonder why Amazon then allows the party to make them available in Germany or in the EC and sell?
