Therefore me the problems of other users no surprise here. Although I had fewer problems with missing optical drive, the program simply does not work in Windows 7. If you want to play a movie disc, nothing happens when you try to play a simple media file (eg MPEG video file), the program depends on and you can shoot only via the task manager (or Process Explorer). The now refers only to the player (TM Theatre) would I really matters most.
Therefore, I have returned the items - should work under the circumstances actually.
I will then probably take me straight back from the Arcsoft website, as it should then not be any problems.
From here but I would not buy it, unless you still have a PC of yesteryear (without SATA Drives) and Windows XP.
Update 02/04/2014: I've now the latest version of the HP brought (6.6). Runs 1A as it should! First-class player of last happening without restriction, and with menus and Blu-Rays on PC! Brilliant. Uses hardware optimally ("NVIDIA Cuda"). Is currently also still greatly reduced. Strong buy recommendation for the current version (5 Stars)!
