CD-ROM with programming errors

Addendum to my review (see below.): The manufacturer has kindly sent me a DVD repaired by a letter - no charge. This now works correctly - but only on Google Chrome - Firefox and the Windows Internet Explorer refuse to continue to play the sound. The language course is otherwise quite well, so I'm satisfied now first!

Since other language courses have very convinced me of the concept of language learning 24, I have the ordered this course full of anticipation of the upcoming holiday. The greater the disappointment, as the sound when the course was not working. Errors in the system could be ruled out soon, experiments on 4 different computers, with 3 browsers, 4 versions of Windows 3 Player types and different settings to firewall, ad-ons and plug-ins did not lead further. Other courses of the same publishing house run smoothly, too, so it's really sure that this is a programming error. Unfortunately, the publisher does not respond to mails and the telephone number is busy period. As the second edition has ordered the same mistakes, we now will probably also no other choice, as this CD-Rom to send also returned as a complaint, and to look around for another course - a pity!
