Very good charger, cable stronger than the original model from Acer, the cord has a velcro cable tidy after use. It is true that the first time we have little afraid to push the plug fully as there is a small resistance but after two or three use the connection become easier, I had the same with the original charger . After charging 100% the charger turns off. I wanted to remove one star because the pictures do not correspond to reality, I thought receiving end model, but instead I got the big rectangular pattern without imposing green light, I am sharing my disappointment to the supplier and he was very responsive and offered an alternative. I already commané a second charger for my beautiful mom, fast delivery and even earlier than expected. FYI the plug is not bent
