Charging cable without function

I've been using for several years Samsung products and also the original charging cable, but such a Samsung product, provided that it is actually one thing, I have not yet encountered.
I had decided on the charging cable, as it is being touted here as original and the reviews appeared mostly ordnetlich.
Unfortunately, I seem to have caught Monday models.
The first charging cable had no effect on, or rather, it had to be meticulously pressed into an electrical outlet and wanted to be wobbled, and the plug of the USB charging cable does not fit 100% sure. It is extremely light, compared to my previous Samsung chargers, which made me suspicious.
After a complaint, which was processed very quickly, I got a free replacement, but again unfortunately exactly the same - no function, this time no function at all, neither loose connection nor other.
Once again Contact the seller and this acted very accommodating and I read reimburse me the item value.
