As a student, I need a laser printer, since I (up to 2000 pages in total) need to print a lot of scripts per semester. With every inkjet printer you will be as poor. So I thought to myself that I can rely on the "old" brand HP. Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that! The printer takes ages (20 min. For 25 pages script!) To print via Wi-Fi with USB no problem. But then you do not need a wireless printer. Like so many of my previous reviewers, I have to believe unconditionally connect the printer first, two grooves on the paper "imprinted" and the print itself heated so strongly that you can not even get out the deformations due to flatten. Very ugly. The print quality is acceptable and it prints very quiet. But who wants to please perfect print quality on undulating and totally deformed paper? Not me. I have 3 different types of paper tested (100g, 90g, 80g) and on all the same, horrible deformed result. Here HP has really succeeded no great shakes. As a substitute I now have the Brother 2250DN whose fan is very noisy and has no WiFi, but has the duplex, and prints 26 pages per minute. perfectly (!) out. Also take care when Brother 2135 (W), which has the same problems as this HP 1102w. When ye do not fret, you do not do at that !! Amazon would be well advised to take this "technique scrap" from the assortment! I do not know how many unnecessary returns arise from the fact ...
