I have been looking forward to this universal car mobile phone holder, but when I was able to assemble the part not to keep ratcheting the phone. I have doubted my "technical" skills, but it was nothing at all, turned, pushed, pushed, nothing happened. Dealer contacted, and after I had sent photos of defective parts, the dealer has assured me that he will send a replacement. Maybe I've had bad luck with this thing, I'm curious to see how the next one will.
