This shirt I've gained for functional training. And I train a lot with your own body weight, the sandbag, Ropes but also very much with weights and other functional training equipment. Especially when using the sandbag the shirt must be robust because of this may well emerge even sand. Another extremely important aspect is the flexibility. The function Shirt has stretch in the fabric, which is the stretch. The freedom of movement are therefore no limits. In point weight training I can here especially refer to the frontal squat where the sleeves can be distracting. Since the shirt fits here, it does not constitute a problem area on the arms. The stretch has also in many other exercises and applications positive impact on the freedom of movement.
Since the cut is chosen a little further, I would not recommend this functional shirt for obstacle courses. Here I would rather to a narrower model of TREN tend (COOL Performance Raglan Graphic SS). Although the substance of such an application is excellent, because it dries quickly and is easy, there is a risk of fouling. For other functional training, running or weight training I would recommend this shirt with a clear conscience.
* Quality *
In point quality requirements this product from TREN. It can find no broken seams or other Markel. The finish is clean through and through. This is a comfortable to wear, flexible and robust fabric.
* Wash *
The functional shirt can be washed with normal laundry. It does not shrink, and also changes in any other way its fit. In the dryer, however, the garment should not.
* Fit *
In functional shirts there are many different fits, what about unaware. I would advise to order each a few models to view and easy to test which form is best sitting. This provider ordering and sending back is free of charge. This model is a bit more cut and sits quite loose. However, it is comfortable to wear. I would compare the feel with a normal T-shirt in a light and functional variant.
* Material *
The substance is, as already described above, very easily and dries extremely fast. Furthermore, the fabric is breathable, so that you can not swim in sweat during exercise. A big plus is the extensibility of the material, bringing the shirt adapts to the movements.
