The jacket rustles initially something is better after the first wash down /. Hood, cuffs, waist very well adjusted, the jacket for cycling in bad weather you get a good seal. "Ceplex active" is perhaps less breathable than Gore tex, I find it hard to judge. It is certainly cheaper. One inside breast pocket would have been very nice to the price the jacket but overall great.
