Would be very important to mention that the receiver will only work if the terminal (eg. Notebook) supports the A2DP profile, of course you need either a bluetooth dongle or Bluetooth has been integrated in the Notebook!
Of course the iPhone 3G / 3GS or iPod touch dominates the A2DP profile.
Because I can only recommend the software "BlueSoleil", because I've managed to even coupling Belkin Bluetooth Music Receiver on my laptop with my stereo and can now enjoy music wirelessly!
Simply brilliant, you can connect the receiver not only a Bluetooth device, but over several!
Suppose you have your iPhone / iPod touch coupled with the Belkin Receiver and however you want to listen to music on notebook on the stereo system. You simply turn the iPhone / iPod touch Bluetooth and turns it on the notebook and the receiver recognizes the equipment immediately and you can listen to music instantly!
Of course you have previously connected the device to the receiver, but this is per Bluetooth device only once.
When factory has Bluetooth, it is without this software does not work because the required maintenance A2DP profile does not exist, at least it's running Windows XP with me like that.
What I can not say looks at Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Mac OS X.
It comes with a very easy to understand instruction manual and even a 3.5mm to 3.5mm jack stereo cable, 3.5mm cable to RCA stereo cable and of course the power supply!
The enclosed cables are of very good quality!
I'm really pleased and happy to have already received one, because at the moment not yet available (as of 03.03.10)!
I can recommend it without hesitation on!
Price / performance ratio is absolutely justified!
EDIT: If you want to use the receiver in the car ...
There are of HAMA a car adapter kit, which includes a 2.35 / 0.75 Power Supply Adapter. Exactly this adapter requires you to supply the receiver in the car with electricity!
