Chic, power does not exactly understand, now with the course

I had bought this Power Bank for one of my daughters to invite LG Optimus phone.
The workmanship is very good.
The design is very modern and appealing, find my daughter and I very well.
Strikingly, however, that the Power Bank needs to be recharged more often than I expect capacity at a 12 Amp / hour. Although I can not provide mathematically precise measurements, I can now understand the concerns of other clients at least, therefore, a point deduction.

Addendum 17.04.2015: The power that was not really good at the beginning, quickly subsided, and was enough only for 2x loading a LG mobile phones.

Finally, the USB-bar took over from the inside, so that moved the bar with connections inward upon connection.

Thankfully, Amazon withdrew the article - and I therefore ersparrt a lot of trouble with the manufacturer.
But the continuation of my initial review with 4 stars is thus no longer justified.
Even my daughter (was a gift for them) had realized that here there is no quality product.
