The stones are securely sewn on and hold even under load. Replacement stones are also included. I had ordered the shoe in size 40 and it went well (ie it falls neither small nor large off).
Not liked it so much told me that while walking the big toe shoe slightly bulges upward, therefore only 4 stars. But this is my personal impression and leaves no marks etc. on the shoe.
I have a rather wide foot and the shoe fit well, so I would imagine that this shoe is not suitable for very slender feet.
The low sales has greatly relieved me my big day. Paving stones and long dress convinced me to wear ballerinas. I could walk into this chic shoe easily throughout the day and would buy in me again.
