I thought I must jetz sometimes even give my two cents on this device.
I had a the smallest subwoofer from the movie series, have also been written for the review.
But let's start from scratch: The day came when I conveniently a pair Victa Prime bought the Saturn 502.
So hop home & clamped to my PM5003 - along with my then still existing AS 85.2 SC.
And that was just broken by the Heco. My explanation:
The AS 85 may have a good membrane and a pile of wood under steam. But one thing he did not:
Volume. For music, he is a good choice, as long as it does not go too deep. Its accuracy is great, but he's just too softcore for movies.
So the AS 85 sold and first brought an AV receiver. Bin conveniently come to a Sony STR-DH740, who was also on sale. Also not a bad idea.
When I then had some money, I remembered the AS 2015 quasi the big brother of the first-mentioned Subs.
Hab brought him home when Saturn and turn clamped.
And what should I say:
For the money he makes super pressure in films. Good low-pass, plump explosions. He also plays music well, but in films, he is at home.
The large volume and the big tube he has all the facilities for a great movie maker.
Only he is working a little harder directed. Therefore, you need a large living room, to compensate for this effect.
Also you can in this Sub afford two pieces and has thus oomph properly.
