The form is fortunately not as with other Colt bags. It is up only slightly wider than the bottom, which looks very good.
She is not in natura dark gray, but jet black. I like it very much.
The lap belt, the way a great thing, is very long. The suits also for people with a large scale. The shoulder strap is rubberized on the inside, so it can not slip off the shoulder.
My Nikon D7000 fits with 18-105mm lens and attached lens hood perfectly in the pocket. The depth of the pocket is in fact exact 19 cm. Since the cover is flexible / elastic, realistic camera / lens combinations of about 21 cm are readily possible.
There are many thoughtful facilities available. For example, the mesh pocket inside the lid whose Reißverschlußpin closed under a tab (see also the product photo) is hidden. So nothing is scratched on the camera. In other bags the Pin dangling down unprotected and may cause harm. Even in the top compartment where the rain cover is housed, are two small mesh pockets, for z. B. memory cards.
The bag is padded all around. Inside are two secured with Velcro separators, which are also known from "large" pockets ago. On this, the body is supported and the lens does not touch the bottom of the bag, if the combination is not too long. My D7000 with above objective has been inverted lens hood nor place down. With function ready sunshade it lightly touches the (padded) floor. The space left and right of the separating elements can of course also be used for small parts.
In the two large front pockets for. B. fits a small flash unit or the battery charger together with spare battery and cables.
