Class device for human price

Desperately I looked for a power pack, which is 12V support and thus adapted in terms of voltage directly to the car without the usual over the others for all devices go through 5V.
This device is the conversion of 12V to an appropriate charging voltage integrated in the device, which also may have a faster charging of power-pack result.

I have to complain much so that none of the offered power packs so far have made over the charging time!
A quick charge capability can namely have considerable advantages!

Because apparently all in today's cars running the power connection of external consumers still above the makeshift cigarette lighter! And if the engine is not running will not occur at the modern day vehicles even additionally switched off !!
