Take either a Finely adjustable precision mechanics oil or to any different oil, together with a cotton swab and dribbles a veeery small amount of the webs, which end in the ears, or presses the cotton swab soaked with oil on the corners. Overall, it makes the 4x in every corner. After a few times - move up and down and you're done.
I did it immediately after purchase - that's been in for about 3 months - and since then no more complaints. One can say that such a procedure should not be necessary in a 300 earphones and you could order right, but the parts are otherwise really super, sound easy for a classy and secondly outstanding. Only "Bass Heads" and people with big ears should probably look elsewhere.
