First of all: Do not be put off by the two star review; I venture to doubt whether the book was because ever read ... Martin Baker, acting by a prior version Thirteen high-tech thriller, in which it comes to a new technology that could revolutionize drilling for oil, but also has the potential for a deadly weapon. Bakers book plays to 95 percent in Russia, of which the predominant part in Moscow, at the end a little in Kamchatka. Both locations I found exciting because well described. The hero of the story is indeed a "Westerner", has a total of Version Thirteen but little with the standard thriller fare in common. The story is exciting, well thought out and is supported by interesting protagonists throughout the book away. With school English in my view, the way to read well. Version Thirteen has consequently earned quite sure no two-star review, but an opportunity. So strike: class reading material with five stars.
