As to the now glorious habit of products from AmazonBasics, this adapter is of high quality and goes to the point to connect to a VGA port. Connectivity is assured of quality (coupled with a one year warranty, it is not needless to say) and shows all the signs of a good performance over time.
Only potential concern, the cable is really short. This can be quickly bypassed if using a male VGA cable for the connection, but a few centimeters rab 'would not hurt!
