The stability of the steel casing is good, the plastic front might still can tolerate a trim so as not to act just like a black monolith. But that is as always a matter of taste.
The internal structure is quite simple, but all the more evident when all the components are installed.
The two 3.5-inch hard disk recordings under the external 5.25-shaft are so angeordent that can be provided via the existing, silent case fans right at the side enough air. For that an HDD upright and the other is horizontal under the DVD / BD burner. Both receiving positions are covered with anti-Dröhngummi.
If both mounting points occupied, all that remains is the 2.5-inch recording on the left case back before the power supply, left. The installation of a SSD is recommended at this point, since a magnetic hard drive there, give off vibrations directly over a large area on the metal floor would.
The shortcoming dabeit is the size of the power supply. Is this too low, it blocks the connection area of the hard disk. Here help angled SATA and SATA power cables.
Due to the possibility of two additional side 120mm fan and two 80mm fans to mount behind, allowing for more than adequate cooling. Through the ventilation grille on the card slots (eg the graphics card) is additionally heat emitted.
A flat Top-Blow cooler processor makes in this design also sense as a tower cooler would obstruct airflow.
A Little Hint:
Who tinkers like, up to two additional mounting points for 2.5-inch hard drives could create / SSD on the inner front wall without changing the cooling concept of the cabinet.
I would let the air flow always run from left to right. So the much warmer components such as graphics card, processor and Fetsplatten be optimally cooled. The graphics card gets through the flow against the left (optional), imbibing chassis fan enough fresh air, the heat goes up, and right on the two 120mm fans (1x optional) back out. The slight negative pressure generated in the housing improves the air in addition.
For the possibilities offered by this body for the price, I highly recommend it. Even with powerful and very warm components, it can be operated safely.
