Clipso very disappointed because the system is a scam to get you to spend more !!!
The problem: the system clipso pressurization valve is normally open so more time and energy to raise the pressure in the cooker. it takes more meter of water in the pan if you want to burn the food before mounting pressure as the steam séchappe before mounting pressure.
Joint too expensive.
Who is that stupid to be invented system?

MUST SIMPLY BUY THE CLASSIC SYSTEM, or the valve is normally closed position and thus pressure mounted faster and possibility, for example to cook greens in their juice not to do with the system without any clipso burn !!! !!!
Innovation at the French like this - NO THANK YOU !!
