--Recipient:
Thanks to its 2.4GHz wireless technology no line of sight is necessary. The range goes down to the last corner of my living room. The receiver can be used for transporting / storing stowed in the battery compartment cover.
The remote control switches to power save after 20 seconds. To switch on, press any key. (This key will not be sent as a command, you hold down the button, the device starts as desired to continuous transmission, so you can take and just stay on the volume button that thing without having to settle in advance)
--The Mouse:
(The definition of a "Fly mouse" I let off for lack of space)
Basically, the mouse works fine and is easy to use.
The big Android button turns the mouse on and off. "A" means that the mouse is moved with the movement of the remote control, "from" means that the pointer is stationary. Even when is switched off, the mouse buttons can be used for the left and right mouse buttons. So if despite mouse stabilization (ie the mouse moves with small tremors no longer) has trouble keeping quiet, just press the "Android Press" and the hand will stop.
It is easiest, however, the arm relaxed anywhere support (lap, table, bed, ...) and comfortable to use on the wrist. Anyone not quite come to the edge of the screen, just need to disable only the mouse to re-set. (As the lift completely and start with a regular mouse)
Some people have criticized that them by holding up the remote control arms were heavy, but you have the remote in an hold up, nor is line of sight necessary. The mouse function so I can only recommend. The only shortcoming is the improved stabilization, since this does not move at small corrections as it considers it tremble. Short drive in the other direction and back again solves the problem, because the stabilization is only active at a standstill, but not if you move the mouse slowly. It's all a matter of practice turns into flesh and blood in a few minutes.
--The Keyboard:
The buttons are rubberized, have a relatively high resistance and an audible click is heard. (Similar to a cell phone keypad.) The key feedback is good, you always know whether you have the key now pressed or not. A small LED (above the F7 key) is lit as long as a key is pressed / held down. In addition, the higher pressure resistance helps to ensure that not a key is pressed by mistake, if the thing lying on the couch.
I bought this keyboard for its numerous keys, competitors products often lack the F-keys.
-Next Keys are missing:
(Compared to a conventional PC keyboard)
Win links Win-law, Alt Gr, Context, Ctrl right, Del, Pos1, End, Shift right, print, roller, Pause / Break, the accent key (left 1) and the key with the larger / smaller symbols , (The latter is the QWERTY layout, but also unnecessary, -D)
The Start menu can be even with Ctrl + Esc to open, Windows-key shortcuts so not working. (If under elaborated "For technophiles" towards the end of the review)
-Additional Keys:
The following keys are assigned to the F-keys (the function keys (F4-F12) to press, must shift are kept)
WWW Home, Email, Media Select, Media Back, Play / Pause, Forward Media, mute, volume down, volume.
There is also a Power button that shuts down the PC / Media Center. (Whether you can use the button and to turn, comes on to the device, however, unlikely, as this would have loaded the keyboard driver in standby.)
All buttons and functions are HID compliant, which means there are no additional drivers / programs needed to operate the remote control. (That is the target device supports a USB mouse / keyboard, this will also work here.
--Verarbeitung:
A wireless mouse / keyboard combination in the form of a remote control 27 says it all about the quality.
Cheaper plastic with poorly made plastic edges. The battery compartment lid is slightly fainter than the rest of the case, but this is only due when a closer look under the right light on. While the cover is firmly seated on the housing, but it acts on the dimensions of her somewhat incongruous.
BUT: All this is no big deal. The device acts rock solid, nothing wobbles and it also looks very good. Price / quality ratio is mM to good to very good.
--Technik:
-Now It gets weird:
Is blue, transparent plastic on the front and back. This is in commercial remote controls to transmit the signal of the infrared LED. However, this remote control has no infrared LEDs.
-But It is even stranger:
Among the Windows recording devices (list of all connected microphones) has teamed up with the receiver, a microphone installed. (HID driver) I checked extra again and knocked around on the device. Nothing. The device has a microphone, there is not even advertised with microphone.
- On the supposition out that there are different models that use all the same consignee and the same case, I did some searching on the internet. The interesting thing is that there are some keyboards from other manufacturers that look almost the same. Only one or the other button has a different symbol / shape. They are also available as an infrared remote control or even with microphone and speaker. (For Skype etc.)
And suddenly I realized:
This explains the different-looking cover, covers the infrared useless, the microphone would assist the recipients and the label (company name and model number), which looks as if the name of the real manufacturer conceal -D. And even though the device is such a "patchwork", works and everything looks very good. I'm surprised really positive in these circumstances.
--For Technophiles:
Since, contrary to expectations no Windows key can be found on the remote control, I have been looking for alternatives.
I need the Windows key for shortcuts Win + arrow keys (move for quick window), Win + P (extend screen / duplicate) to change and Win + Space to the Tastaturlyout. (Which is very handy if a qwerty keyboard.) Since I can not change these shortcuts / want, I tried it with remapping. Unfortunately, the media keys can not be used for this purpose, the remapping is simply not accepted. But the main problem is already in the way how the keyboard sends the scan code. Namely one has a different button with the Function The Windows key is, the code is already transmitted when you press the button, but not when it is released. If you hold a second button, the scan code is sent both keys, but press the. Excluding the second button, the code of the second key is sent alone. (Ie instead Win + P is first "win" then "Win + P" and then sent "P". Who pressed Alt + Tab and holding both buttons, my problem can watch ^^) The crazy thing is the same Remap work on my normal keyboard absolutely perfect, as I'd press the Windows key itself. So the problem is clearly the technology of remote control, although these can perfectly deal with keyboard shortcuts, ie Ctrl + C etc. funktioneren without problems.
Currently I have this still can not find any solution.

--Fazit:
+ Very good mouse function
+ Excellent keys, very thoughtfully chosen
+ Receiver can be inserted into the battery compartment cover
+ HID compliant
+ Large buttons diversity
+ Looks solid and feels like it to
+ Good price / performance ratio
+ LED indicators
+ No line of sight necessary thanks to wireless technology
- No Windows key although they advertised it! (1 star deduction)
- Consists of various parts of different models that support Partial functions which are not available (but makes the price of) (0.25 star deduction)
- Bad processed plastic edges and slightly different aussehnder cover (0.25 star deduction
- No remapping possible because the key codes are sent when key combinations wrong with remaps. (0.5 star deduction)
So if no Windows key needs and according to the price-quality product would, of this can be regarded as 5 star rating.
My recommendation to the patchwork of artists from China, -D
