Several well-brewed cups of coffee are an integral part of my everyday life. Handgebrühter prefer coffee, but I often do not have time. So I've used in the past 2 decades coffeemakers from Braun because this coffee has always been at its hottest - and, I think, tastiest - brühten. Until I bought my Philips Cafe Gourmet. This machine brews by far the most delicious coffee. It tastes almost exactly as handgebrüht. For 6 stars really need to be forgiven. Were it not for the unspeakable handling. Who uses this coffee maker, they should either operate in the bath or put a stack of dry towels right next to it ready. The pouring of the water through the coffee pot turns into a fateful game of patience. Chill 1/3 of the tests succeed actually dry the rest flooded machine and parking in beautiful regularity. And really succeeded once, spills freely to pour the water into the vessel, wetted you look at the latest after the brewing process when removing the lid or verkleckert finished coffee when transferring into a thermos. In short: This pot is a disaster. For this you would have to give -3 star. Since that is not possible, I prefer just on the 6 stars for the formidable coffee. :) It's a shame that an otherwise excellent Philips coffee maker so drastically devalued by as a dishwater-pot. I will not buy me back.
