Comfortable, but the sound is really bad!

This headset is extremely lightweight and comfortable to wear, even for very sensitive ears. The atria are easy to implement because they are flexible, and you can give them the shape that you want to adjust perfectly to the ear. Once in place, they do not move.
However, the sound is really bad: barely audible conversation (even setting the volume to maximum), and frankly saturated for music, with particularly unpleasant crackling. Even the basic kit a few euros that came with my phone is better! This is incomprehensible!
Finally, I point out a problem: can not listen to my email with this headset. The mere fact that the headset is plugged into my phone (Wiko Dolfy a) that the communication is automatically cut off after a few seconds.
In short, I absolutely do not recommend this product. I returned.
