Comfortable trousers but size information impudence

I wear normal size. M and I, after reading the reviews Gr. 3XL (!!!) ordered. And what can I say, she is less likely to be in any way. Due to the tight waistband trousers is not sitting on the hip, where a harem pants belong, but ride up with me to the waist. It is still comfortable and I feel the material pleasant. The sizes, however, I feel almost as insolence and that should be urgently explicitly mentioned in the item description.
