Unfortunately I did not get the end caps shown in the figure. The caps delivered to me look like Soldersleeves for electrical installation. The sleeves are too thin and therefore do not meet the bicycle its purpose. The squeezing pressure is simply too low. So much for the goods. To save shipping costs at the same time I had ordered 2 packaging units. These two packaging units were delivered in a standard envelope and at the same time together. The already lush Returns (4.00 euros), but charged twice. This is not customer oriented.
3:10 Euro value of goods, 8,00 Euro for shipment: results in the following calculation showed. To explain, then tasted the "end caps" still 1.55 euros.
The loss is of course not very high, but this experience is very annoying for me.
I certainly will not buy it again with this provider.
