A little hint. Googlelt times after Cleverprinting Monitor test image 2013. There differences are very clearly visible.
Update: The linked paper by me unfortunately crap. A black frame is indeed black, but all shades of gray brown. At first I thought that it is here in the inks, but this is not so. With no longer available Media Street Lustre paper the inks make this a rich black and a pleasant image. With the same settings the same image with the linked paper is completely braunstichich and without contrast.
Original Review:
Think fresh!
More than 20 years I repair now up printer and my recommendation was always: original cartridges!
This recommendation I have to rethink well. These cartridges print here than the original a bit brighter and thus a bit less contrast.
But Hello! Epson overdoes it with the price of the original cartridge cartridges. Nearly 80 euros currently costs a set of T048X. I can therefore print A4 How many photos? 50? A few more or even less? For this, the original Epson paper? EUR 1 per sheet? Sorry, but I will and will not pay 2.50 EUR for an A4 photo print. I let my pictures of imaging on paper Portrait, so I only pay for 1 Euro. That is disproportionate.
So the choice of printers was disposed of or test alternative products. These inks here for the current 11 EUR with 4x black and each 2x color and this paper here 100 sheets of photo paper A4 180g / sqm high -glossy high glossy -Instant dry -wasserfest-bright white-very high color brilliance, for inkjet printer inkjet printer where 100 sheets cost 10 EUR, I can re-priced and spontaneously even print photos without me at any pressure indescribable about the overcharge to annoy.
On Mac OSX, I had to put on +1 despite calibrated screen brightness when printing the original cartridges. That I can save now and hope the photos brightness moderately then so come as with the original cartridges.
Conclusion: if you print photos on the wall, or even the printer uses only as a color printer, is well advised with these cartridges here. Even the paper with a sheet price of 10 cents is very good and the team they both work very well with my Epson Photo R220 together.
Buy recommendation? A resounding YES.
