I bought the controller as an alternative to Amazon gamepad, because I wanted a device that has a battery and I do not ever want to change batteries.
The gamepad was quickly recognized by Amazon Fire TV and it can not only be used for games, as well as a remote control. However, because of course no microphone is integrated that the voice-recognition option falls ever gone;)
Included is a USB cable, making it possible to charge the gamepad for example when it turns into a USB port on the PC, but I have used a normal mobile phone charger by Samsung and the pad has quickly charged with it.
Pairing with Amazon Fire TV ran without problem and also the previous games like Sonic or Walking Dead can thus play as normal.
The build quality is quite OK, although I have a feeling as if the right stick does not respond sensitively enough.
But maybe you need a little time to get used to the feel.
The gamepad has a total of four shoulder buttons, two left (L1 + L2) and two on the right (R1 + R2).
Game Circle can also be activated via the home button.
I find this a successful alternative to the official gamepad Gamepad Amazon, mainly because it has a built-in battery. So if you like I do not feel like changing the batteries has, should look at the gamepad detail.
Many Greetings!
