Complaints after total failure

Have the charger in January 2012 received. The first two charges worked without any problems. The third application, there were about 5 minutes after the start of charging a loud bang, and the fuse fell outside the outlet had gunshot residue. The charger gave off a smell of burnt electronics. This should not happen in a single device with CE mark actually.
I would have liked Amazon notified about this issue because it may indeed comes to a safety-related information. But it was simply not possible to place such a message by mail or via a complaint function. That made me almost more annoyed than the defective unit.

Addendum: Immediately after the publication of the review I received a call from HandyNow with a friendly apology and the assurance that me a replacement unit will be sent. This Ersatzerät has just arrived with me. It works and I'm impressed with this perfect service.
